The walls on the inside do not go to the ceiling.
This way air will circulate when the doors are open.
There will be a concrete pole in the middle of each unit for support.
The pole should be 12 feet high from the floor.
The outside walls 8 feet high.
Make all the walls concrete block and the ceiling concrete covered with Mexican Tile that you showed me in Punta Chivato.
Put 90 pound roll roofing under roofing tile.
Each unit will need a drain for the shower and a toilet and a free standing sink.
We will buy the sink from Home Depot.
The toilet should be like the one in the garage.
The shower will be tiled.
They are sold at Home Depot and we will import them if TJ Home Depot doesn't have them.
They have blinds inside and are sealed very well.
We want to put 4 of these on each unit. Thats 20 door units to install.
We would like them to be on the sides that face the water.
We will import the pool equipment...
The pipes for the pool are ALL plastic and I'll show you where they go.
EASY.
I'll put the pool equipment in the bottom floor of the Lighthouse to soften the noise.
